i thought it was time to replace that toothless idlers. This is a modified version of freemark's x-belt tensioner. It has a conical mount for the bearing of the idler.

What you need in addition:

• 1x GT2 toothed idler with:
  5mm inner hole diameter
  20 teeth
  18mm outer diameter
  9mm thickness
• 1x M5 screw (>16mm)
• 1x M5 nut
• 2x M4 30mm screws
• 2x M4 nuts

! hint: some modern Anet A8 might not have 3d printed parts. Check the remixes if your Anet has injection molded parts !
