Print the base at 420% (or 8-11 inches width). Support will be necessary. Printing the base standing up on its chin is usually the fastest and saves support material for kemono masks. ABS or PLA+ work great.

This NON-COMMERCIAL FILE, you can NOT sell raw-print bases made from this, whether foam or printed, unless you are the original commissioner. However, selling finished fursuits is ok.
