This kit is designed to fit the AIDot M3 Pro Camera (not sponsored).
The parts are attached to the camera using double-sided foam tape. The arms can be glued in place or left unglued so they swivel up and down. The lens shroud press-fits into the faceplate. Note Do not glue the lens shroud into the faceplate, as the shroud limits the field of view. You want to be able to take it off when the camera needs to see.
For the wires, use a couple short pieces of 3D printer filament. They can be bent by heating with a lighter or heat gun. Apply glue to the filament, and stick the ends into the "wire nubs". The big nubs are glued onto the top of the faceplate, same with the tiny light. The small nubs rest on top of the camera or can be glued to it.
