II. 3D Printing Process

All components are printed using PLA filament. The pivot holes are precisely machined with a 0.1 mm clearance to ensure smooth rotation, while the hollowed‑out backplate reduces weight and conserves material. Rounded corners eliminate sharp edges, and there are no large overhanging sections, minimizing the need for supports. The entire assembly is printed in one piece, making it easy to assemble and resulting in a robust, durable final product.

III. Structure and Function

A dual‑pivot linkage system allows free adjustment of the screen’s tilt angle. The ventilated, hollowed‑out backplate promotes airflow and heat dissipation, while the thickened base provides a stable center of gravity, preventing tipping. When folded, the stand becomes compact and easy to carry in a pocket. A secure bottom slot firmly holds your phone, offering stable support whether in landscape or portrait orientation.
