This is one of my series of fitness equipment for community parks—the Tai Chi Wheel (Tai Chi Push-and-Rub Device, with a rotatable disc).

• The outdoor Tai Chi Wheel is a classic piece of equipment on outdoor fitness trails; its prototype is the large-scale apparatus commonly installed in residential community and park fitness areas.
• Its primary functions are:

• to enhance the flexibility of upper-body joints such as the shoulders, elbows, and wrists, thereby alleviating shoulder and neck discomfort;

• to mobilize the lower back and spine, making it suitable for mild rehabilitation exercises among middle-aged and elderly individuals;

• the massage nubs on the rotating disc can stimulate acupoints on the palm during movement, providing an auxiliary massaging effect.

   

  The model faithfully replicates the structure of the real equipment: a black, gold-colored upright frame with a base, paired with four yellow circular discs. The disc surfaces feature raised massage nubs—exactly as in the real device for palm massage—as well as segmented texturing, with meticulous attention to detail.

  No supports are required; printing and assembly are straightforward. First, mount the discs onto the frame according to the diagram, then attach all four discs before securing the frame to the upright post. Finally, add height-adjusting shims and tighten the post screws.
