I casually picked up a glass jar on PDD—80 mm in diameter, 100 mm tall, with a capacity of 780 ml. When I measured the bottle’s mouth, the outer diameter came in at around 83 mm. For the sealing gasket, I opted for a silicone ring sized roughly 84–86 mm. In the print settings, I even included a dedicated model specifically for TPU printing. As for the filter cotton, I used 25–30 mm PP filter pads—PDD has plenty to choose from, and you can snag a bundle for just a few bucks. The soft plug that fits over the nozzle was printed using TPU 95A; it felt quite rigid. I’ve ordered TPU 85A, which is still on its way—I’m not sure if that’ll make a noticeable difference.

The design comes in two versions: one with a handle and one without—print whichever suits your needs.

For printing materials, I used BIQU PLA Go in white and Lando TPU 95A in red. While 95A is a bit stiff, you might want to give 85A a try—it’s slightly more flexible.

The silicone sealing rings were sourced online—just a quick search will do (used for cost estimation). If you have an 88VIP shopping card, you can save 2 RMB on the total.

Consumables: 50 pieces of 2.5 cm diameter PP filter cotton for 4 RMB—cost per piece = 4/50 = 0.02 RMB.
