        In 1961, an elite unit of the Austrian military was dispatched to the United States to undergo training at the U.S. Army Special Forces School. Upon returning home after graduation, these trainees formed a specialized unit. Following rigorous selection by the Austrian armed forces, they established a special operations force named “Jagdkommando.” This team has achieved outstanding results in assault reconnaissance, security protection, counter-terrorism, and other specialized missions, earning the respect of special forces units worldwide.

In 2011, Microtech designed and manufactured this tactical blade for Austria’s special forces, christening it the “Jagdkommando Tactical Blade.” A one-piece steel tactical straight knife, it showcases Microtech’s exceptional precision machining and superior craftsmanship.
