ESP32-CAM Camera
Structural Design The housing consists of front and rear halves, secured together with M2.3 screws. The entire enclosure is 3D-printed, featuring pre‑drilled openings for the ESP32‑CAM lens, an OLED display window, a toggle switch, and function buttons. Inside, a compact layout accommodates a 14500 lithium battery, while the exterior is engraved with a custom logo, resulting in a small, portable device.

Hardware Configuration Powered by the ESP32‑CAM module for image capture, the device features an OLED screen that displays real-time operational status. A toggle switch controls power on/off, while physical buttons enable function selection. An independent 14500 lithium battery provides autonomous operation, eliminating reliance on wired power, with ample space reserved for wiring.

Software Features After connecting to Wi‑Fi, the device can be remotely controlled via a web interface and supports SD card storage. It enables high‑resolution photography, 8 fps video recording, and 15 fps live preview. Users can activate a built-in fill light, start/stop recording, check available storage, and synchronize system time through the web portal.

Application Scenarios This device can serve as a Wi‑Fi‑enabled remote monitoring tool or a portable recorder. It also aids learners in mastering ESP32 programming, image acquisition, and wireless transmission techniques. Ideal for maker workshops, science and technology project showcases, and simple home security surveillance.
