This is my 3D-printed Japanese paper lantern candle lamp, designed as a tribute to Isamu Noguchi’s style.

  • Printed in semi‑translucent white PLA, the shape faithfully replicates the rounded, egg‑like silhouette of traditional Japanese paper lanterns, with soft, full‑bodied lines.

  • The horizontal layer lines and vertical ribs on the surface perfectly recreate the skeletal structure and textured paper finish of classic lanterns, producing uniform light‑and‑shadow patterns when illuminated.
