Design Concept
This model is designed as an upgraded accessory for the feed port of the TONGZHU AMS 1st Generation (Automatic Material Supply System), aiming to reduce wear and material loss while minimizing tray‑jitter issues. As I don’t have an AMS 2nd Generation unit, I was unable to test its compatibility with that version.

Printing Recommendations
For long-term use, we recommend employing durable materials such as PETG or nylon. Be sure to calibrate your print settings to ensure the model’s strength and longevity.
Assembly Instructions
After printing, attach a section of printer feed tube (4 mm diameter) to this accessory. Insert a 5–8 cm length of feed tube into the fitting, aligning it flush with the base surface, then secure it onto the AMS 1. During installation, first snap one end into the AMS feed‑port connector, then engage the notched portion of the connector. In everyday use, this setup effectively reduces wear and helps minimize tray bouncing within the AMS system.
