Haha, so I made this SpongeBob-themed aquarium landscape/tiny fish shelter—hope you all like it!
I deliberately went for that wobbly, hand-drawn style seen in the animation. The interior has been hollowed out, and I designed concealed water-flow convection holes that run through from front to back.
The model is available in two versions: an aquarium version and a storage-decor version.
For the aquarium version, I’ve included two special features to meet the needs of submersion:
1. The infill pattern is set to “lightning fill” (note that lightning fill reduces structural strength). This infill method creates a fully connected internal structure, so you only need to drill a small hole with a Phillips screwdriver in an inconspicuous spot inside or at the top chimney to allow the entire piece to be fully submerged and filled with water.
2. The aquarium version comes with a weighted ring; simply bury most of it in the substrate to ensure stability, and you can add a few extra stones if needed.
As for the storage-decor version, it can double as a small desktop ornament, with the central cavity perfect for holding little items like keys or small accessories~
