This is a miniature model of one of my three-person waist-twisting exercise machines from the park community fitness equipment series, at a scale of 1:10.

• The core component is a black frame: a vertical post in the center, topped with a triangular, openwork handrail; three horizontal arms extend from the base of the post, evenly spaced at 120° to correspond to the “three-person” design, allowing three users to operate it simultaneously.

• Each arm ends in an orange circular foot pedal: the pedal surface features an anti-slip pattern—radial raised ridges combined with small dots—to replicate the anti-slip design of the real equipment, ensuring stable footing during use.

• The entire model is scaled down to reflect the structure and color scheme of the actual outdoor fitness equipment (black and orange being the classic, safety-oriented color combination for outdoor gear). The rotating platform is functional.

  The real three-person waist-twisting machine is a standard piece of equipment in community fitness areas, primarily designed to strengthen the core muscles of the lower back and abdomen, as well as the hip joints and lumbar spine, thereby improving lumbar flexibility. To use it, stand with both feet on the pedals, grasp the top handrail with both hands, and slowly twist your torso from side to side, avoiding abrupt movements that could injure your lower back.
