Assembly Instructions
The tool consists of two main parts: the body and the blade. The blade is compatible with the most common utility knife blade size, with a width of 17.6 mm (A100). The blade length is precisely four segments, totaling about 17 mm. After printing, clean the blade slot thoroughly to remove any burrs, then insert the blade and secure it in the slot by tightening the fixing screw. Check that both the top and bottom ends are properly aligned with the blade holder; if not, adjust the blade position as needed. Once the blade is securely in place, you can easily use the tool to cut corrugated cardboard into uniform pieces. By default, the cutting width is 30 mm, making it suitable for cat scratching boards or other craft projects.
