This design concept is aimed at making it easier for users to open soda bottle caps—especially for individuals with limited hand strength—by leveraging the mechanical advantage of a lever to amplify the applied force.

Printing Recommendations

We recommend using PLA or PETG filaments to ensure both strength and durability. A layer height of 0.2 mm is sufficient, with a infill density ranging from 25–40% to meet functional requirements. For the handle area, increase the infill density to reinforce the structure and enhance its stability.

Assembly Instructions

This model features an integrated, one-piece design that requires no additional assembly—simply print it and use it right away. Be sure to verify that the dimensions are appropriate for your specific bottle cap; if necessary, you can scale the model up or down to achieve a perfect fit.
