Design Concept
This rotating, retractable packaging opener is engineered to enhance both the convenience and safety of opening a wide variety of packages. Its unique rotary mechanism enables a telescoping design that eliminates unnecessary risks associated with improper handling.
Applications
This opener is primarily designed for quick and secure opening of everyday courier packages, minimizing the risk of injury that can occur when using traditional knives or sharp tools.
Printing Recommendations
We recommend using ABS or PETG filaments to ensure sufficient strength and durability. Set the layer height to 0.2 mm for optimal surface finish, and utilize a fill density of at least 40% to enhance the product’s longevity and resistance to wear.
Assembly Instructions
After printing, simply screw the blade into the base, then align the blade with the rotating head and insert it into the corresponding slot—your opener is ready to use. If you encounter difficulty inserting either of the two selectable modules during assembly, gently scrape the edges of the recessed slots with a small knife; once both sides are properly aligned, lightly tap them into place.
