The overall model is straightforward; you’ll need six M3×20 screws to secure the four wheels—don’t tighten them completely, leaving a bit of play so the wheels can rotate freely. Assemble the remaining parts according to the instructions in the images. If any joints feel loose, you can reinforce them with glue.
