Centralized 4020 ducting for cooling both the extruder and the nozzle throat—high‑strength airflow channels are strategically positioned beneath the extruder to prevent material buildup during prolonged use

Equipped with an HGX extruder

 

The hotend is securely mounted using two M3×25 high‑strength hex socket cap screws and M3 threaded hot‑melt nuts (insert the hot‑melt nut on the left side, then press the screw in from the right)

 

The extruder is anchored with two M3 hot‑melt nuts and two M3×12 high‑strength hex socket cap screws, while two M3×18 high‑strength hex socket cap screws are used to secure it directly at the front

 

The enclosure features a snap‑fit design—simply slide it into place and lock it down

 

The proximity switch can be replaced with a microswitch—or left unchanged altogether

 

If you choose not to modify the proximity switch, the overall wiring configuration remains unchanged
