When using a PP enclosure and creating an opening to pass the pneumatic actuator through, you may find that the opening is too large, making it difficult to secure the component.
Additionally, the filament sometimes rubs continuously against the edges as it passes through the connector.
To address these issues, a custom connector has been designed for the PC4 01 pneumatic connector on the drying chamber.
A dedicated 4 mm Teflon tubing routing port has been incorporated.
As a remedy for the oversized opening in the PP enclosure,
a conical ramp has been added to guide the filament when using non-through-type connectors, thereby reducing feeding resistance.
