A small spring measuring 5×0.5×10 is required.

A rubber pad 3 mm thick, with any shape that can effectively seal the opening, will do.

If the insertion area is too tight, sand it lightly with sandpaper a couple of times.

Without an inner tube, the printed part may shrink; if the spring is too tight, you can add a cylindrical negative component with a diameter of 13.2 mm for fine adjustment.
