When performing post-processing on small workpieces—such as grinding, welding, or other finishing operations—it can be very inconvenient because the bench vise cannot rotate. To address this, we designed a rotatable turntable based on a three-jaw chuck. The central recess at the base is intended to accommodate a 6200 bearing with dimensions of 30 × 10 × 9 mm (outer diameter × inner diameter × thickness). M3 or M4 self-tapping screws are required for mounting. The fit between the three locking jaws and the spiral plate is somewhat tight, so a small amount of clearance needs to be added; initially, a clearance of 0.1–0.2 mm was used, but this resulted in cracking during vertical printing. Conversely, if the clearance is too small when printing at an angle, it becomes insufficient. The clearance can be adjusted as needed.
