The CNWANS P150C series of resistive loads has long been a popular choice within the DIY community—though unfortunately, the original display screens are relatively scarce, leading to the emergence of numerous alternative (budget-friendly) screen options.

       This time, we’ve taken the enclosure model shared by TLAIO for the P150C Pro-D electronic load and made several modifications.

Warning! The modified enclosure’s control panel and display assembly are entirely incompatible with the original design. Be sure to verify that your specific display is fully compatible before printing.

1. The screen bezel has been completely redesigned to accommodate the stock elderly‑phone display provided by Xiaoyu—a 2.4‑inch screen.
2. The display panel has been entirely reworked to perfectly fit the new enclosure frame.
3. The interior of the control board compartment has been completely redesigned, allowing for longer cable runs while retaining essential features such as insulation and thermal protection.
4. The buttons have been redesigned to address compatibility issues arising from variations in microswitch materials used by different manufacturers—now supporting microswitches measuring 6x6*5mm.
5. The EC11 encoder cap has been redesigned and fully recessed into the enclosure.
6. Several screw holes have been optimized for direct mounting using M3–M4 stand‑off screws, eliminating the need for hot‑melt nuts.
