This is a mini, portable power bank modified from an 18650 lithium battery, featuring an exceptionally compact and lightweight design for ultimate portability.
Core Components: The device houses a single 18650 cylindrical lithium battery—commonly found in laptop batteries and high‑output flashlights—and employs a boost converter board to step up the 3.7V lithium cell voltage to a standard 5V output.
Interface Design:
One end features a USB-A output port, enabling direct power delivery to devices such as smartphones and earbuds.
Adjacent to this is a Type-C or Micro-USB input port, which allows users to recharge the power bank itself.
Shell Characteristics:
The shell is 3D printed with a surface texture that mimics the natural grain of stone, offering both a non‑slip grip and a premium tactile finish.
Crafted in a rectangular form factor with rounded corners, it fits snugly into pockets or small bags for easy carry-on.
Applications: Ideal as an emergency charging solution, this power bank is perfect for powering low‑current devices—including Bluetooth headphones, smartwatches, and mobile phones for quick, on‑the‑go recharging.
Below are the assembly steps and a detailed tutorial:
All required materials include: a 3D‑printed shell, a single 18650 battery, a 3.7V to 5V boost converter board (available for purchase online via the provided schematic), an 18650 battery holder, M3 hot‑melt nuts, and M3*6 countersunk screws. 

Begin by soldering the positive and negative leads from the battery holder to the corresponding terminals on the boost converter board—be sure to connect them correctly to avoid any polarity errors. 
Next, use a soldering iron to embed the hot‑melt nuts into the pre‑drilled holes in the shell’s main body. 
Align the USB port with the corresponding hole in the shell, ensuring proper alignment and leaving enough clearance for the retaining slot to engage securely. 
Insert the battery holder into the shell and secure it with screws. 
Insert the battery, slide the cover into place, and lock it using the retaining slot—then the power bank is ready to use.
