The model is divided into four sections and printed in separate parts.

Materials and Tools Required:

5210 Adhesive

Hot Melt Glue + Glue Gun

Scissors

Masking Tape

10mm Thick Self-Adhesive Thermal Insulation Cotton

Installation Steps

1. Secure the back of the top cover with masking tape.

2. After applying the masking tape, bond the interior surfaces using 5120 adhesive and allow it to dry completely.

3. Reinforce the structure with hot melt glue.

5. Assemble the four components one by one, following steps 1–4. Alternatively, you can modify the design and add snap-fit fasteners as desired.

6. Cut and lay down the 10mm thick self‑adhesive thermal insulation cotton (for safety, be sure to purchase a flame‑retardant product).

7. Complete the installation of the thermal insulation cotton.
