After purchasing the Elegoo Saturn 4U16K LCD 3D printer, I found the fumes during printing to be quite strong, so I modified the exhaust duct by installing this custom elbow fitting. It’s ideal for tight spaces and can be oriented in any direction—depending on whether your printer’s exhaust path can run left or right, or forward or backward behind the machine.

The replication cost is extremely low. As a DIY enthusiast and student with limited funds, I came up with this simple yet effective solution. I opted for a 24V fan and used JLCPCB’s free PCB prototyping service, ensuring compatibility with both the DC5521 power connector used by resin curing machines and the 24V power output of those same curing units.
