Design Highlights

1. Staggered Three‑Tiered Platform: The three levels rise progressively, with items arranged in a front-to-back offset pattern, creating a transparent, three-dimensional display effect. The supporting columns feature inward‑curving cutouts, breaking away from rigid cubic forms to enhance the design while reducing material usage.

2. Integrated Pull-Out Storage Compartment: A small, pull‑out drawer at the base provides convenient storage for accessories and small odds and ends, offering both display and organizational functionality.

3. One‑Piece Body + Detachable Drawers: The main frame is printed as a single unit, requiring no assembly; the drawers are separately printed and snap right into place without glue or screws. All edges and corners are rounded for a smooth, burr‑free finish.

4. High DIY Flexibility: You can use colored filaments for printing or apply paint later to customize the color scheme, making it adaptable to various styles of collectibles.

3D Printing Process Parameters

• Recommended Materials: PLA; for added toughness and durability, consider PETG.

• Support Requirements: No supports needed. Print directly on a flat surface, as the curved columns provide sufficient self-support.

• Layer Thickness: 0.15–0.2 mm; wall thickness of the columns should be ≥2 mm to enhance load-bearing capacity. Leave a 0.3–0.4 mm gap in the drawers to ensure smooth, snag-free sliding.

• Printing Tips: After printing the drawers, perform several trial pulls to break in the mechanism. When displaying heavier figurines, consider reinforcing the side columns slightly to prevent deformation.
