Installation Steps: First, trim the solder joint at the end of the DC099 to about 2 mm; once soldered, leave approximately 6–7 cm of wire for the positive and negative leads. Insert the M5 screw through the thin plate and secure it with 401 adhesive. The battery compartment is designed to accommodate 21700 cells with a slight tolerance; pre-solder a nickel tab to redirect the wire toward the battery terminal. After both 21700 cells are installed in the compartment, proceed to solder the wires connecting them to the protection board and the DC plug. Finally, ensure proper insulation and protection of the positive and negative nickel tabs.
