To accommodate different printer models, I’ve intentionally left slightly wider tolerances in some areas. If any components feel loose, simply secure them with a small amount of glue—this won’t affect appearance or functionality. We recommend performing a dry fit first before deciding whether to use adhesive.

⚙️ Minimal Support Required
To balance intricate structures with high print success rates, the model includes only minimal support structures, concentrated primarily in localized overhang areas. After printing, these supports can be easily removed without spending excessive time on cleanup.

⏳ Printing Time
Due to its rich structural details and relatively large size, this model typically requires a longer printing time under standard settings. However, each print yields a robust, reliable finished product well worth the wait.

Role: Harbor patrol / Rapid interception / Brief aerial reconnaissance from elevated positions

Armament: Dual underwing missile launchers (standard configuration uses warning rounds; live ammunition requires an official request), plus a lightweight oscillating cannon mounted beneath the fuselage (intended for deterrence, not destruction)
Paint Scheme: Predominantly blue-silver-gray body with orange accents. This color scheme isn’t arbitrary—it reflects the original parts sourced from three separate decommissioned warehouses within the Deep Reef Harbor Guard.

Story

On the day Old Snail first piloted the Waveblade, the control tower asked how he felt. He replied that it was like riding atop a missile—but one that could change its mind at any moment. The tower countered that fighter jets don’t change their minds. Old Snail retorted that the Waveblade could—during his previous test run, he pressed the launch button and then quickly released it, causing the missile to stay firmly in place while the oscillating cannon’s safety mechanism activated automatically. The quartermaster dismissed it as a circuit malfunction, but Old Snail insisted it was deliberate deliberation.

From then on, the Waveblade earned an unofficial nickname at Deep Reef Harbor: “The Missile That Can Change Its Mind.”
