This cap is compatible with Dispai’s wash‑free airbrushes and uses a standard50ml graduated dispensing bottle. The needle employed is astainless steel bayonet dispensing needle—its tip diameter must be less than 1 mm. The tubing used is asilicone soft tube with an inner diameter of 4 mm and an outer diameter of 6 mm. The paper washer originally included in the bottle’s cap can also be repurposed for this cap.
The model has been optimized in version 2, so no supports are required during printing.
The radius at the needle‑fixing location has been enlarged, eliminating the need to wrap Teflon tape around it.
Testing was conducted using Ailaoke’s PLA+ black filament. If the needle fails to seat properly due to differences in material shrinkage rates, try slightly reducing the model dimensions.
Additionally, an alternative solution utilizing an O‑ring seal is provided: an O‑ring made of rubber with an inner diameter of 4 mm and an outer diameter of 6 mm can deliver superior airtightness while effectively compensating for material shrinkage.
Note: For oil-based paints, use a PTFE (Teflon) O‑ring; the cap should be made of PETG at minimum (PLA is not resistant to oil-based paints), and the tubing must be Teflon‑lined (inner diameter 4.1 mm).
