This version, which uses a 12025-sized fan, comes with three main housings: one for standard 12025 fans, one for 12025 fans equipped with vibration-damping pads that increase the overall thickness to more than 25 mm (but less than 27 mm), and a third version designed with the fan mounted at an angle to achieve a larger air outlet.

The mounting method for electrical components is the same as in previous versions.

The filtration module can be configured either with HEPA filter media or with primary filter media.

Note: The foot pads used in the angled-fan configuration are different from those in the standard version.

Using the primary filter media module, this is the standard polished dust collector. The fan employed is the Yichenyu Xuanming Jing V2 ball-bearing model; because it includes a vibration-damping pad, its total thickness exceeds 25 mm, so the 12027 housing is used.

Using the HEPA filter media module, this is the version with the fan mounted at an angle. Compared with the standard version, the air outlet is slightly larger. A randomly purchased 12025-sized high-performance fan is used here, and since it lacks a vibration-damping pad, its total thickness is exactly 25 mm.

Wiring methods:

1. 4-pin DC

As shown in the diagram, position the wires and secure them with cable ties.

2. PWM speed controller + Type-C dummy connector

Install the electrical components as illustrated: secure the PWM speed controller in the indicated position and tighten the fixing nut. Attach the Type-C dummy connector using 3M adhesive (if you’re concerned about stability, you can also use hot-melt glue).

Be sure to set the dummy connector to the voltage required by your fan, then connect the fan’s power cable and secure the wiring with tape or cable ties.

Note: Always test the circuit first; only proceed with installation once you’ve confirmed there are no issues.
