Building on the previously released camera‑assisted grip, we’ve added a Bluetooth shutter button. As with any first design, there are bound to be some imperfections—so we’re actively gathering feedback and suggestions for improvement.

First, let’s pick up a Bluetooth shutter button—these cost just 3 yuan! I personally purchased this particular model.

Begin by pairing the Bluetooth controller and verifying that it functions properly.

Next, disassemble the main board. Due to the compact size of the grip, some modifications will be necessary to accommodate the components.

Using wire cutters, carefully trim off the two corners marked in red on the diagram.

Place the main board into the printed recess,making sure the Bluetooth shutter button faces upward.

Once the battery is inserted in reverse, the entire main board is securely locked into place.

At this point, you can install the battery cover—two different sizes are available, so feel free to select based on your preferred tolerance.

Flip the assembly over once more, then secure the push-button mechanism and top cover in place.

Apply a small amount of adhesive at the marked locations on the diagram to ensure a firm bond.

Once the adhesive has fully cured, your device is complete!

Due to the presence of overhanging sections and the need to accommodate the button, the upper and lower halves must be joined using adhesive—a factor that has delayed updates all along.

By default, we use 6x3mm magnets; you can easily adjust the dimensions of the negative parts to perfectly match your own magnet sizes.

When making adjustments, be sure to update the dimensions of the support shielding as well—but avoid moving their positions, or the magnets on the top and bottom may no longer align properly.
