Printing Recommendations

We recommend using PLA or PETG filaments for 3D printing to ensure robust structural integrity and a smooth, polished surface—especially when it comes to intricate details like the pen tip and rotating components. To enhance print accuracy, particularly in areas such as the pen tip and curved sections, consider optimizing your slicing settings.

Assembly Instructions

The model is divided into two main parts: the body and the pen tip. To assemble, simply press the pen tip inward and screw open the bullet-shaped body to insert the refill.

The total length of the refill is 94 mm with a diameter of 5.5 mm. For refills longer than this specification, some trimming may be necessary; you can initially install a longer refill and then adjust the length based on actual testing and user preferences. (The default configuration will be updated to accommodate full‑size refills in future iterations.)
