This is a custom 3D‑printed protective enclosure designed for the BaoKe ELRS receiver, primarily used in model aircraft—such as FPV racers, helicopters, and fixed-wing aircraft—to safeguard the receiver module at the heart of the system.

Core Functions

  • Physical Protection: In the event of crashes or accidental collisions, the enclosure absorbs and disperses impact forces, shielding the receiver circuit board from direct stress. This helps prevent component detachment, antenna connector breakage, or circuit board cracking.

  • Short‑Circuit and Dust Resistance: The enclosure isolates the receiver from the airframe and wiring harness, eliminating the risk of metal-to-metal contact that could cause short circuits. At the same time, it acts as a barrier against dust and debris, enhancing the device’s reliability in harsh, outdoor environments.

  • Antenna Stabilization: Dedicated slots and secure mounting features within the enclosure guide and stabilize the receiver’s antennas, ensuring optimal antenna orientation and alignment to maximize signal reception while minimizing signal interference caused by antenna movement during flight.

  • Precision Fit: The enclosure is meticulously modeled based on the exact dimensions, port locations, and antenna layout of the BaoKe ELRS receiver, ensuring a snug, gap‑free fit that prevents any wobbling or undue pressure on sensitive components.
