The impetus came from the fact that a blade was included in the screen replacement kit for smartphones—yet it seems that very few people have created corresponding adaptive models for this blade. So we proceeded to develop the model.

Note: When modeling, the blade’s thickness does not account for the blade’s edge wrapping; the actual measured thickness is around 1 mm.

We recommend using ABS for printing whenever possible. If you choose to print with PLA or PETG, we suggest keeping the soldering iron tip temperature below 220°C and applying gentle heat pressing to prevent clogging or warping—as shown in the figure:
