I. Overall Structural Design

The entire unit is manufactured via 3D printing (a modular, disassemblable version is also available). Its core consists of three main components:

1. Top Hook: A thickened, large-radius C-shaped hook that fits a variety of settings, including doorways, wardrobe crossbars, bathroom towel bars, and suitcase handles. The hook features ample wall thickness to ensure load-bearing capacity without deformation or slippage. Rounded transitions eliminate sharp edges, preventing damage to furniture or fabrics.

2. Central Main Column: Connects the top hook to the double-layer hanging rods. This monolithic reinforced structure enhances overall rigidity, making it resistant to bending even under heavy loads.

3. Double-Layer Parallel Hanging Rods: Two parallel rods—one above the other—each equipped with small rounded protrusions at the ends to prevent items like towels, underwear, camisoles, and socks from slipping off. The dual-layer design allows for partitioned storage: one side holds toiletries, while the other accommodates personal garments, effectively doubling the storage capacity.

II. Key Functional Highlights

1. The portable, detachable rod and column are joined using a snap-fit assembly, allowing users to disassemble the rack when not in use and significantly reduce its footprint. This makes it easy to pack into backpacks or suitcases during business trips or travel, serving as an ideal replacement for low-quality disposable hangers found in hotels.

2. Versatile for Multiple Scenarios

   • At Home: Hang towels in the bathroom, dry small items on the balcony, or organize scarves and straps in layered wardrobe compartments.

   • While Traveling: Use it on hotel doorways or bathroom bars to solve the problem of lacking drying space for outdoor clothing.

   • In Dormitories: Attach it to bed rails or use it to expand wardrobe storage simply and efficiently.

3. Anti-Slip and Anti-Fall Features: Small rounded end caps on both sides of the hanging rods prevent clothes from slipping off. Additionally, the fine textured surface created by 3D printing provides slight friction, ensuring wet towels stay securely in place.

4. Lightweight yet Highly Durable: Printed using PLA/ABS filaments with a hollowed-out, weight-reducing structure, this rack remains lightweight while maintaining robust support, fully meeting everyday needs for drying small items.
