Create a magical, cozy atmosphere with this Spiral Christmas Tree. Its captivating, flowing shape is designed to be illuminated, transforming from a modern sculpture into a beautiful, glowing lamp. Whether on a table, desk, or mantle, its unique form and warm light instantly build a festive and elegant holiday mood.

This model is designed for maximum versatility, offering three distinct ways to enjoy it:
Functional LED Lamp (Requires Lamp Base & Specific Print Settings): For a full, luminous lamp experience, this model is perfectly sized to be compatible with the Bambu Lab LED Light Kit (Lamp Kit 001). To ensure the tree (shade) fits the base correctly, you must follow the specific print settings listed below. You will also need to print the separate "Lamp Base" component (and the optional "LED Twist-on Ring") to house the LED kit.
Simple Illumination (No Lamp Base Needed & Vase Mode Print): For a quick and easy, battery-powered glow, this tree can also be illuminated by a standard LED tealight. This method doesn't require the "Lamp Base" component. Printing in Vase Mode is highly recommended to allow the light to shine through.
Standalone Decoration (Vase Mode or Standard Print): Print this tree in your favorite filament (like a classic white, green, or even a silk filament) and use it directly as a chic, minimalist holiday sculpture. It looks fantastic when printed in various sizes to create a small "forest." For a lighter, more ethereal decoration, print in Vase Mode. If you require more durability or a solid feel, a standard print (with infill) is also an excellent option.
💡 IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING 💡
Always use LED-based light sources only (such as the Bambu LED Kit or battery-powered LED tealights).
3D prints (especially from PLA, PETG, etc.) are NOT resistant to high heat and can melt, deform, or pose a significant fire hazard if used with a real flame (candle) or a hot incandescent bulb.
NEVER use a real wax candle or any type of open flame with this model.
Printing Recommendations:
Filament for Illumination: For the best glow, use a Translucent, White, or light-colored PLA/PETG.
Filament for Decoration: Any PLA, PETG, or Silk filament will look great.
1. Print Settings: Tree Model (for Lamp/Tealight with Base)
To ensure the tree correctly and securely attaches to the "Lamp Base" via the bayonet feature, you must print the tree model with these exact settings:
Layer Height: 0.2 mm
Bottom Layers: 7
Spiral Vase Mode (Spiralize Outer Contour): On
2. Print Settings: Lamp Base & LED Twist-on Ring
These parts do not require special settings and can be printed with your standard profile. No supports are needed.
Layer Height: 0.2 mm
Walls: 2
Infill: 10%
Supports: No
Print Settings: Tree Model (Tealight without Base / Light Decoration): For the tealight or a simple light decoration (without the base), printing in "Vase Mode" is also recommended. You can adjust your settings as needed, but a thicker single wall (e.g., 0.6mm - 0.8mm nozzle or line width) can improve stability.
Print Settings: Tree Model (Standalone Decoration): Use your preferred infill and wall settings for a sturdy, non-illuminated decorative piece.
Assembly:
For LED Lamp Version (Bambu Kit):
Print Parts:
Print the Tree Model (using the critical "Tree Model (for Lamp)" settings listed above).
Print the "Lamp Base" component (using the "Lamp Base" settings).
(Optional but recommended): Print the "LED Twist-on Ring" (using the "Lamp Base" settings).
Attach the LED Puck to the Base: You have three options to secure the Bambu LED puck inside the "Lamp Base":
Option 1 (Easiest - Recommended): Use the printed "LED Twist-on Ring". Place the LED puck in the base and secure it by twisting the ring into place.
Option 2 (Easy): Use the double-sided adhesive piece that comes included with the Bambu LED Kit.
Option 3 (Advanced): Use the screws provided in the Bambu LED Kit.
Route the Cable: Before attaching the shade, securely press the LED cable into the special groove provided within the base. This is a critical step to prevent the cable from being pinched or damaged when you twist on the shade.
Attach the Tree (Shade) to the Base: The tree and base connect with a twist-on bayonet feature. Align the grooves on the tree with the tabs on the base, press down gently, and twist clockwise to lock it in place.
Plug it in and enjoy!
For LED Tealight Illumination: You have two easy options for this method:
Option A (Simplest - No Base):
Print the tree model (Vase Mode recommended).
Place your switched-on LED tealight on a flat surface (table, desk, etc.).
Place the printed tree directly over the tealight, covering it.
Enjoy the simple, warm glow!
Option B (Portable - Uses Lamp Base):
Print the "Lamp Base" component (using the "Lamp Base" settings).
Print the Tree Model using the "Critical Print Settings" (Layer Height 0.2mm, 7 Bottom Layers, Vase Mode) so it can connect to the base.
Place your switched-on LED tealight inside the "Lamp Base". Note: The tealight will not be fixed in place; it simply rests inside.
Attach the tree to the base using the twist-on bayonet feature.
This allows you to conveniently move the entire lamp (tree + base + tealight) as one single piece. Enjoy!
For Standalone Decoration:
Print the tree model (Vase Mode or Standard Print).
Place it as desired!
