This design was inspired by another syringe guide I came across, but I wanted to take a simpler approach. The original was only used for inspiration

 I removed all moving parts and reimagined it as a single solid piece, making it more durable and easier to print.

The model is fully parametric, so it can be easily adjusted to fit any size syringe or vial. Onshape source here
