This model is a case for the ESP32 Cam that doesn't need the usb module. You can simply wire it by sottering a 5v cable

I modified the original to meet my necessities. Holes for ventilation, bigger hole for the flash and generally added cosmetic parts to make it look nicer. 

You can choose one of the versions for the top lid that you find more suitable for your usecase
