Credit to Budwin for their excellent work on the 2022 Batman Suit. This model is a Batman helmet that has been separated into smaller parts for easier printing on compact printers (tested on an Ender 3). Refer to the original design post for further details and additional variations.

The mask has been divided from the helmet along the stitch seams to minimize visible separation lines. 

The ears are split with an additional seam; however, alignment geometry has been added to both the ears and helmet to assist with accurate assembly using adhesive.

This modification makes the model easier to print, assemble, and wear, while also improving fit for head insertion into the completed helmet.

This model recreates the iconic Batman cowl and mask, designed with separated parts for easier printing, handling, and finishing. 

The helmet is split into multiple sections—including the main cowl, face mask, and ears—allowing for optimized orientation, reduced support material, and better results on smaller printers.
