Mask worn by Suladan in Middle-Earth: Shadow of War.

There are optional tiny alignment pegs I've used which helps with keeping it in the right position when gluing top and bottom. 
The ruby/gem parts can be glued on. Bigger ones go to top and bottom, smaller ones go to the sides of the “crown”.
