Notice: This is a Hard Level Build I printed elbow joints twice and had the do post-processing work to fit parts together, once its done is very satisfying. I recommend medium force tightening with the bolts and trying out the joint movement.

Printing Recommendations

To achieve the best results, consider the following settings:

  • Materials:
    • Frame Material: I recommend PETG for its flexibility and durability—perfect for articulated figures.
    • Armor Material: Feel free to use any PLA color for the armor pieces; full customization is possible!
    • Screws: Make sure to get your M2 screws and nuts here:
    • Note: I added a thin layer of hair spray to each bed to help with adhesion. Here is the one I use: Hair Spray
  • Supports: Utilize auto-generated tree supports to ensure proper overhang support without excessive material usage.
  • Brim Settings: Apply an outer brim only, with a 5mm width and a 0.1mm gap from the object, to enhance bed adhesion and prevent warping.
  • Layer Height: Set to 0.16mm to balance print quality and time efficiency.
