Printable case for Apple AirPods Pro with flat edges. I've designed dedicated versions for the AirPods Pro and AirPods Pro 2 case. Their dimensions are identical but 2 features cutouts for the bottom speakers and the side holes to attach a carry band.

The model is designed to be printed in PLA and fits tightly around the AirPods. I did various test prints and am quite happy with the fit. The case and the lid do not come loose during every day use.

Printing

I've printed both parts with the round bottom and top facing to the top. This way I was able to achieve a perfectly smooth outer shell. There are only very few and easy to remove supports necessary, because I optimized the model for bridging the inner overhangs. “Dont support bridges" has to be enabled in BumbuStudio in order for this to work properly.

The modes in the photos are printed with BambuLab Matt/Basic PLA and Extrudr NX2 PLA in different colors on a P1S with 0.4mm nozzle. The model also looks good with different lid and case color combinations.
