Points Rules

Basic Definition of Point

 

1. Point Description
Nexprint points are reward points earned by users through compliance behaviors, and they can be used to redeem designated virtual or physical goods. When the account is cancelled or frozen due to a violation of regulations, the platform has the right to recover the relevant points and rights.

Conversion rate: 100 Nexprint points ≈ US $9.2 mall discount coupon.

 

2. Validity rule
    ⦁ The points obtained are valid for one year and will automatically expire at 23:59 (UTC+0) on the last day of the same month in the following year. For example, the points earned on May 15, 2026, will expire at 23:59 (UTC+0) on May 31, 2027.

 

    ⦁ Point consumption adheres to the principle of first-in, first-out, and priority is given to the consumption of earliest expiring points.

 

    ⦁ Points accumulated before the Points Mall launch will expire on December 31, 2026. For example, if a user earns points at 13:58 (UTC+0) on December 20, 2026, those points will expire at 23:59 (UTC+0) on December 31, 2027.

 

    ⦁ Points not used by the due date will be considered as voluntarily forfeiting the corresponding points benefits.

 

Description of Point Usage


Current Stage (Beta Test Cycle)
    ⦁ Before the launch of the redemption system, points can be accumulated to be used for future redemption of virtual or physical goods and other benefits. The validity period of points at this stage starts from the launch date of the points mall.

 

    ⦁ Redeemed goods are non-refundable, and invalid points cannot be reactivated.

 

Coupon Usage Guidelines 

    ⦁ After redeeming the coupon, it must be used within the validity period indicated on the coupon. It will expire if not used within the specified time.

 

    ⦁ Once a coupon is used, its status cannot be changed, revoked, or refunded-Including but not limited to users cancelling orders, applying for refunds before delivery, and other scenarios. For returns not caused by product quality issues, the redeemed coupons will not be refunded.

 

Point Acquisition Rules
1. How to earn points: In Nexprint, you can earn points by completing novice tasks, creation incentives, and community contribution tasks. Novice tasks are one-time tasks and cannot be completed repeatedly, and points are automatically awarded upon completion. Points for creation incentives and community contribution tasks will be automatically awarded according to the completion of the tasks.

 

2. Points deduction: If a user withdraws the associated behavior for which they have already earned points (such as deleting uploaded models, printing configurations, comments, etc.), the platform will deduct the points corresponding to that behavior. Even if the points have been used for redemption, the system will still deduct or offset them from the existing points.

 

3. Restriction rules: Repeated uploads of the same content will not be included in the points statistics. If a user engages in abnormal behavior (such as obtaining points by exploiting system vulnerabilities or cheating), points review will be triggered. Each user has an upper limit on the points they can obtain through tasks each month, and the refresh time of the upper limit is based on the UTC+0 time zone.

 

4. Data Update: The changes in points acquisition, deduction, etc., are synchronized in real time. Users can check the records and details of the changes of points in their personal center.

 


Terms and Guidelines

 

User Obligations
1. Originality commitment: The content uploaded to the platform for the purpose of obtaining points must be independently designed by users or adapted works that have been legally authorized and must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.

 

2. Authenticity guarantee: When displaying the physical pictures of the works, it is necessary to confirm that the pictures are real shots of your own works to avoid confusion or misguidance.

 

3. Content compliance: Users are not allowed to upload any content that violates Nexprint's [UGC Content Guidelines], such as hate speech, denial of the Holocaust, incitement to violence, religious sensitivity, gender discrimination, child sexual exploitation materials, terrorism, or any other content that causes adverse social impacts or makes the majority of people feel uncomfortable or sad.
 

Platform Rights
1. Violation handling: If any content is found violating Nexprint’s [UGC Content Guidelines], the platform reserves the right to delete the content immediately, and all points associated with the violating content (including download rewards, print configuration rewards, and derivative evaluation rewards derived from this model) will be retrospectively deducted.

 

2. Account management and control: The platform has the right to clear points for accounts that endanger the rights and interests of the platform. Specific behaviors include, but are not limited to:

⦁ Register multiple accounts for account cheating, such as points arbitrage;

⦁ Behaviors that endanger the platform's content ecology, such as misappropriation of uploads, low-quality mass production, and troll creating fake views;

⦁ Obtaining points by exploiting system vulnerabilities.

 

3. Rights and interests restrictions: If a user is found to have committed major violations, the platform reserves the right to restrict their use of the points obtained through such violations to redeem goods or coupons (including restrictions on redemption and usage, etc.).

 

4. Exception handling: In case of abnormal points due to equipment failure, third-party attacks, or other reasons, the platform will start data repair within 72 hours and strive to complete it within 7 working days after the repair is initiated. In the event that the fault situation is complex and requires an extension of the repair time, the platform will inform users of the reasons for the extension and the estimated completion time through official announcements, official communities, and other channels. The platform has the right to clear the wrong points caused by the rules or system problems and has the final right to interpret the relevant rules.

 

5. Rule adjustment: The platform reserves the right to modify or revise the Nexprint points terms and related conditions from time to time and is under no obligation to provide alternatives. In addition, the dynamic adjustment of the point rules will be notified 7 days in advance through the in-site message notification on the website. We reserve the right to urgently notify and suspend or terminate the Nexprint point system in case of major sudden abnormalities.
