Paws & Prints - Pet Accessories Model Design Contest
Pets bring joy, comfort, and a little chaos into everyday life. But pet owners also know the small problems that come with caring for them: food bowls sliding around, leashes getting tangled, toys disappearing under the sofa, treats scattered in drawers, or pets getting bored too easily.
This challenge is about designing 3D printable pet accessories that make life easier, cleaner, safer, or more fun for both pets and their humans.
Create a practical, playful, or thoughtful accessory for dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, hamsters, reptiles, fish tanks, or any other beloved companion. Cute designs are welcome, but we especially love models that solve real pet-life needs.
đŸ Where to Start?
Not sure what to design? Think about the daily routines of pet care: feeding, cleaning, walking, playing, organizing, grooming, and creating a comfortable home for pets.
Here are some directions to explore:
Feeding & Drinking
Mealtime can get messy fast. Consider elevated bowl stands, anti-slip bowl bases, slow feeder inserts, treat dispensers, measuring scoops, food bag clips, or water bowl holders.
Toys & Enrichment
Pets need fun and stimulation too. Try designing puzzle feeders, treat-hiding toys, cat teaser attachments, rolling snack balls, modular play structures, or interactive toys that encourage movement and curiosity.
Walking & Travel
Walks and trips often come with many small items. Think leash hooks, poop bag holders, portable treat boxes, travel bowl clips, collar tag protectors, or compact organizers for outdoor use.
Home Organization
Pet supplies can easily take over a home. Design toy bins, leash holders, grooming tool organizers, feeding station organizers, collar stands, or wall-mounted storage solutions.
Comfort & Care
Small accessories can make daily care smoother. Explore litter scoop holders, grooming stands, cage accessories, aquarium tool holders, paw-cleaning tool holders, or cozy personalized nameplates.
Personalized Pet Accessories
Pet owners love designs made for their companions. Consider custom name tags, paw-print displays, pet photo frames, memorial keepsakes, breed-inspired decorations, or personalized feeding station signs.
đ§ Special Tips
1. Practical & Useful
Designs should solve real pet-life needs, such as feeding, walking, cleaning, storage, play, grooming, or daily care.
2. Pet-Friendly & Safe
Avoid sharp edges, fragile parts, or tiny detachable pieces. For food or water-related models, please mention suitable materials and intended use.
