Welcome to use our products and services.
This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "this agreement") and its terms are entered into by you for using ELEGOO Matrix APP or ELEGOO SatelLite Software (hereinafter referred to as "App"), which sets forth the rights and obligations between you and this App.
The developer of this App is Shenzhen Elegoo Technology Co., Ltd., and the service provider of this App is Shenzhen Elegoo Technology Co., Ltd.
 
Before registration, please be sure to read this agreement thoroughly and fully understand the terms and conditions. If you have any objections, you may choose not to register or access this App. Once you have confirmed and registered, this agreement will become legally binding between you and this App, which means that you fully agree and accept all the terms and conditions herein. Please read this agreement carefully and choose to accept or reject this agreement (minors shall read it with their legal guardian).
 
1. Scope of application of the Agreement and conditions of acceptance
-This agreement applies to all user behaviors conducted on this App by logging in, and users must be at least 16 years old (within the EU) or 13 years old (within the U.S.), otherwise guardian's consent is required. Guardians of minors may modify or delete minor users' information through the User Center Setting Page of this App.
- Users are deemed to have accepted the terms of the Agreement upon their first use, and continued use means an implicit consent to the updated versions of the Agreement.
2. Service Content and Modification
- Users fully understand and agree that this App provides personalized information services for users.  
- This App mainly provides services for obtaining and using  content related to 3D printing. 
3. User Qualification and Account Management
- To provide users with accurate services, we will collect your "email" and "country or region" as registration information. In order to ensure the security of your account and for your convenience to retrieve your account, please fill in your email correctly. To protect your personal privacy, we will not actively collect your sensitive personal information (such as name, gender, actual age) unless necessary.
- Users shall be responsible for their actions under their registered accounts, including any content imported, downloaded, uploaded, commented on, published and shared by them and any consequences arising therefrom. Users shall make their own judgment on the content on this App and bear all risks arising from the use of the content. This App shall not be responsible for losses and infringement consequences caused by users' actions.
- It is forbidden to share accounts or engage in illegal activities (such as money laundering, fraud, etc.). If the account is abnormal, the developer has the right to freeze the account or terminate the service.
- Users shall bear the risk of password leakage themselves. It is suggested to register with a commonly used email address to facilitate seeking assistance from us.
4. Data Privacy and Compliance
- Scope of data collection: To provide accurate services to users, we will collect your "email", "gender", "year of birth", "constellation", "printer model" and "country or region"  .
- Users' rights: Users have the right to data access, rectification, deletion (the right to be forgotten), data portability and object to automated processing. Users may request disclosure of data usage details. If you need to exercise your rights, please go to the User Center Setting Page of this App or contact us at [email protected].
- Cross-border data transfer: This App operates globally, so the personal information we collect pursuant to this policy may be transferred, stored and processed among different countries or regions. The laws and regulations applicable in the countries or regions where we operate may be different from those applicable in your country/region of residence, but we will strictly abide by the laws, regulations and requirements related to the protection of personal information.
- Data leakage notification: If a data leakage incident occurs, we will report it to the EU regulatory authorities within 72 hours and inform the affected users via in-app notification or their registered email addresses. 
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- Stability and security disclaimer: We will not be liable for service interruptions, failures or security issues due to force majeure events (e.g. network failures, natural disasters) or other reasons not caused by the intentional or gross negligence of the service providers.
- Service improvements and upgrades disclaimer: We have the right to improve and upgrade services at any time. We will not be liable if service functions are changed or some of the functions are temporarily unavailable resulting therefrom, provided that such changes are not caused by the intentional or gross negligence of the service providers.
- We do not guarantee or assume responsibility for the compliance and security of third-party services (such as third-party social media terminals and third-party Apps), and users shall read the third-party agreements themselves.
- User Responsibility: Users shall be responsible for their own actions. If a third party claims rights against the service provider due to the user’s actions, the user shall bear full responsibility. At the same time, if the user's actions cause losses to the service provider, the user shall compensate the service provider for the losses.
- Illegal use disclaimer: If the user illegally uses this App, such as malicious attacks, destroying system functions, etc., the service provider will not assume any responsibility caused thereby.
- Third-party content liability: This App may contain content provided by third parties, such as advertisements, user-generated content, etc. The service provider assumes no responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and completeness of third-party content. If users suffer losses due to third-party content, they shall negotiate with the third-party content provider to solve them.
- External links disclaimer: This App may contain links to external Apps. The service provider does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of these external links and nor assume any responsibility for the content on the web pages to which the external links point.
- Personal information protection disclaimer: Although the service provider will take reasonable measures to protect users' personal information, the service provider may be required to disclose the users' personal information under certain circumstances (such as legal requirements, public security needs, etc.). In such circumstance, the service provider shall not assume any liability arising therefrom.
6. Dispute Resolution and Application of Law
- EU user disputes are preferentially negotiated through the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR).
- USA users are subject to California laws, and disputes are resolved through arbitration. Your dispute can only be filed on the basis of personal rights and interests.
- Class action waiver: Users waive claims in the form of a class action.
- Unless otherwise specified,any dispute,controversy,difference or claim arising out of or relating to this contract,including the existence,validity or termination thereof,shall be  referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by.  [Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber(Hong Kong Arbitration Center)] in accordance with its Arbitration Rules in force when the Statement of Claim is submitted.The seat of arbitration shall be [Shenzhen(China)].The language of the arbitration shall be [Chinese]. The number of arbitrators shall be [one ].The law applicable to the arbitration shall be [Chinese Law]. In the event of any dispute requiring arbitration, both parties agree to submit the case filing materials to the designated email address of the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber: [email protected] arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. 
7. Protection of Minors  
- For users aged 13-16, we will need to obtain their guardians' consent of confirmation and registration via email.
8. Agreement Modification and Termination
- The service provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify the Agreement, and we will notify users of major changes (such as adjustments to data, privacy, and personal information collection policies) through App message notification or email.
- Users may delete their accounts at any time, and we will clear the data within 15 days of your deletion request (except for backups required by law).
