Deletion Terms
1. User-initiated Deletion
1.1 Data deletion request
You may submit a request to delete the following data related to your account through the feedback on the App or [email protected]:
- Personal identity information (pursuant to Article 17 GDPR);
- User generated content (UGC).
Note: Deletion may affect the use of some functions, and content shared by third parties cannot be deleted retroactively.
1.2 Response effectiveness
- Start the deletion procedure within 72 hours after receiving the complete request;
- Complete substantial deletion within 15 business days.
2. Company-initiated Removal
2.1 We have the right to delete or block the following information without notice:
-Violation of laws or this agreement (e.g. hate speech, false information);
- Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights (pursuant to section. 512 of the DMCA);
- Endangering system security or user experience (e.g., malicious code, spam).
2.2 Data processing after account termination:
- Voluntary account cancellation by users: Data is retained for up to 15 days before being cleared;
- Termination due to violation: Data may be permanently retained as legal evidence.
3. Infringing Content Deletion Process (DMCA/EUCD Compliance)
3.1 The copyright owner may submit a notice via [email protected] containing the following elements:
- Infringing content URL and infringement proof;
- Rights statement and contact information;
- Declaring that the content of the notice is true (accountability for perjury).
3.2 We will process the reported content within 48 hours and notify the uploader (provide a counter-notice complaint channel).
4 Exceptions to Data Deletion
The following data may be exempt from deletion:
- Performance of legal obligations (e.g. tax records, litigation evidence);
- Data related to public security;
- Anonymized statistical data.
5. Disclaimer
- Due to technical limitations, the deletion operation does not overwrite the backup system and third-party caches;
- Data that has been legally disclosed to government agencies is no longer subject to this clause.
