Shenzhen Elegoo Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "service provider") is committed to protecting your privacy. This agreement applies to the data processing activities of users of the ELEGOO Matrix APP or ELEGOO SatelLite Software (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") in the European Union, the United States and other applicable regions.
Please read this agreement carefully to understand how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information.

II. Type of Personal Data We Collect

- User generated content (UGC): Uploaded 3D models, texts, images, videos, links, comments, etc.

- Device information: IP address, device model, operating system, browser region information, browser language information, unique device identifier (such as IMEI);
- Usage data: Browsing history, click behavior, frequency of function usage;
- Location data: Rough location obtained via GPS or IP address (with your explicit authorization).
3. Data from third-party sources:
- Social media account information (such as public information shared when logged in via Facebook/ Google);
- Personal work information disclosed on the personal center of the third-party obtained with the user's consent.

- Third-Party Function and Data Purpose: Cloud services used for image sensitivity detection.
- Business Scenarios for Data Sharing: Security checks for user-uploaded images, profile pictures, cover images, etc.
- Types of Data Shared: Images, profile pictures, and cover images uploaded by users.

2. Legal requirements:
- Respond to court orders, government agency requests, or to protect our legitimate interests.
3. Business transactions:
- In the event of mergers or restructuring, your data may be transferred to a new entity. If such transactions occur, we will notify you 30 days in advance through the message center on the App or email;
- Except as described above, we do not sell your personal information.
V. Your Rights

- Access right: To obtain a copy of your personal data held by us;
- Rectification right: To request rectification of incomplete or erroneous data;
- Deletion right (right to be forgotten): To delete data when there is no legitimate reason for retention;

- Right to object: To refuse personalized advertising or automated decision making based on legitimate interests.
2. US users (CCPA/CPRA):

- Deletion right: To request deletion of non-essential data;
- Opt-out right: Reject the “sale” or sharing of data for targeted advertising;
- Right to be free from discrimination: The quality of service shall not be reduced due to the exercise of rights.

VI. Data Retention and Security
1. Retention period——Data will be retained for the minimum period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is processed, and details are as follows:
- Account data: Retain until 15 days after account cancellation (for dispute resolution);
2. Security measures:
- Technical measures: Encrypted transmission (TLS), anonymization processing, regular security audits;
- Management measures: Employee privacy training, minimum access control.
VII. International Data Transmission
Your data may be processed outside the EU/ USA. We will ensure the legality of the transmission:
- EU data: Through standard contractual clauses (SCCs) or countries with adequacy determinations;
- US data: Rely on CCPA compliance framework or data processor certification (e.g. DPF).
VIII. Children's Privacy
1. We do not deliberately collect data from children under the age of 13 (US) or under the age of 16 (EU).
2. If guardians discover that their children have provided information without consent, please contact us to delete it immediately.
IX. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
1. We use cookies for:
- Necessary functions: Maintaining login status;
- Analysis and advertising: Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel (require your consent).

X. Agreement Update and Dispute Resolution
1. Update notice: Major changes will be notified through announcement on the App or email 30 days in advance, and continued use shall be deemed acceptance of the changes.
2. Dispute jurisdiction:
- EU users: may complain to the data supervisory authority of their country of residence;
-US users: California laws apply, and disputes are resolved through arbitration. Your dispute can only be filed on the basis of personal rights and interests..
- Class action waiver: Users waive claims in the form of a class action.
- Unless otherwise specified,any dispute,controversy,difference or claim arising out of or relating to this contract,including the existence,validity or termination thereof,shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by. [Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber(Hong Kong Arbitration Center)] in accordance with its Arbitration Rules in force when the Statement of Claim is submitted.The seat of arbitration shall be [Shenzhen(China)].The language of the arbitration shall be [Chinese].
