Basic Definition of Point

1. Point Description
Nexprint points are reward points earned by users through compliance behaviors and they can be used to redeem designated virtual or physical goods. When the account is cancelled or frozen due to a violation of regulations, the operator has the right to recover the relevant points and rights.

2. Validity rule
The points obtained are valid for 365 days from the date of acquisition. Point consumption adheres to the principle of first-in, first-out, and priority is given to the consumption of earliest expiring points.

Description of Point Usage
Current Stage (Beta Test Cycle)
    ⦁ The redemption system is being developed. Points can be accumulated and used to exchange virtual goods or physical goods and other rights and interests in the future, and this stage is not included in the validity period;
    ⦁ During the beta test, double points rewards are open for some tasks;
    ⦁ Redeemed goods are non-refundable, and invalid points cannot be reactivated;

Point Acquisition Rules
1. In Nexprint, you can earn points by completing novice tasks, creation incentives, and community contribution tasks; Novice tasks are one-time tasks and cannot be completed repeatedly, and points are automatically awarded upon completion; points for creation incentives and community contribution tasks will be automatically awarded according to the completion of the tasks;

2. If users delete the point-associated content, the point deduction will be triggered. Repeated uploading of the same content will not qualify for point reward, and the abnormal behavior of users will trigger point review;

3. There is an upper limit on the points obtained by each user through tasks, and the operator reserves the final right to make adjustments and interpretations;

4. Points statistics are updated in real-time, and the monthly point upper limit reset time is based on UTC (+0).

Terms and Guidelines

User Obligations
1. Originality commitment: The uploaded content must be original designs or legally remixed works;
2. Authenticity guarantee: When displaying pictures of physical works, please carefully check whether you have uploaded the correct photos of your works to avoid any confusion;
3. Content compliance: When uploading content, users are not allowed to upload any content that violates Nexprint's [UGC Rules], including politically sensitive content.
 

Platform Rights
1. If any content is found violating Nexprint’s [UGC Rules], the operator reserves the right to delete the content immediately, and all points associated with the violating content (including download rewards, print configuration rewards, and derivative evaluation rewards derived from this model) will be retrospectively deducted; 

2. The operator has the right to clear points for accounts that endanger the rights and interests of the platform. Specific behaviors include but are not limited to:
    ⦁ Register multiple accounts for account cheating such as points arbitrage;
    ⦁ Behaviors that endanger the platform's content ecology, such as misappropriation of uploads, low-quality mass production, and troll creating fake views;
    ⦁ Obtaining points by exploiting system vulnerabilities;

3. For abnormal points due to equipment failure, third-party attacks, etc., the operator will start data recovery within 72 hours;

4. The operator has the right to clear the wrong points caused by the rules or system problems, and has the final right to interpret the relevant rules;

5.The operator reserves the right to modify or revise the Nexprint points terms and related conditions from time to time and is under no obligation to provide alternatives; 

6.In addition, the dynamic adjustment of the point rules will be notified 7 days in advance through the in-site message notification on the website. We reserve the right to urgently notify and suspend or terminate the Nexprint point system in case of major sudden abnormalities.
